Church-Affiliated Schools Now in High Demand
A new report by the Associated Press shows a growing demand for education options that align with parents’ and families’ religious values. More and more churches are launching Christian schools on their campuses.
Part of the reason is a growing acceptance of school voucher programs at the state level. But some of the demand grew out of pandemic-era scrutiny of what children were being taught about “gender, sexuality and other contentious issues,” the AP reports.
The trend is happening across the United States, and it’s moving fast.
