Crisis and Chaos in Sri Lanka

I don’t believe Sri Lanka is a country we have written about before on Tipping Point, but I want to point you to a trend I believe we will see much more of in the months to come, and how it relates to the events of the end times.

Yesterday, the acting president of Sri Lanka, Ranil Wickremesinghe, declared a state of emergency amid growing protests. Wickremesinghe has only been the acting president since Friday. That was the day his predecessor, Gotabaya Rajapaksa, resigned and fled the island nation. Rajapaksa had been the victim of several months of mass protests over the country’s economic collapse.
