Did Lazarus die twice?

Question:

The Bible says man is appointed to die one time (Hebrews 9:27). But Jesus raised Lazarus from death after four days. Did Lazarus die a second time or did Jesus take Lazarus with Him when He ascended into Heaven? I wonder the same thing about the daughter of Jarius, whom Jesus raised from the dead. Did Lazarus and the little girl die a physical death twice?
