Easter and Fulfilled Bible Prophecy

Around 500 prophecies from God's Word have already come true

One of my favorite books about Bible prophecy was written by the pastor and theologian John Walvoord of Dallas Theological Seminary. It’s called Every Prophecy of the Bible, and it details more than 1,000 key prophecies in Scripture.

Some of those prophecies have yet to be fulfilled. They refer to future events like the return of Christ. There are around 500 prophecies in this category, which have not yet been fulfilled. This number includes some prophecies—like the regathering of Israel or the spread of apostasy—which remain ongoing. In other words, they in the process of being fulfilled. We focus on a lot of those prophecies here at Tipping Point.

But did you know there are 500 Bible prophecies that have been fulfilled? This is Easter weekend, and so many of the biblical prophecies about the death and resurrection of Jesus were fulfilled literally. These sacred words of Scripture told the future with 100 percent accuracy. I explore some of these prophecies in this video.
