Gog-Magog or Armageddon?

Explaining the differences between these two major end-times conflicts

Current events in Russia point strongly toward the end-time Battle of Gog and Magog, prophesied in Ezekiel 38-39. In recent days, Vladimir Putin has raised the stakes by mobilizing a massive military force to bolster his brutality in Ukraine and has even threatened to unleash the nuclear option. Putin is looking more like Gog all the time.  

One of the key questions about the Gog-Magog invasion of Israel is its timing. In fact, this is the most debated issue among prophetic teachers about this event. Many maintain it will occur before the Rapture, or at least before the beginning of the Tribulation. In other words, it could happen very, very soon.
