MIT Scientists Want to Create Lab-Grown Human Bodies
The devastating earthquake in Myanmar and ongoing U.S. political stories are using up all the oxygen in the national media, so you may have missed what may be one of the most disturbing stories I’ve read in recent years:
Scientists at MIT have proposed the creation of what they call “ethically sourced ‘spare’ human bodies,” grown in labs for medical testing and “spare parts.” And no, this isn’t an April Fools joke.
