The latest on Syria and the fall of the Assad regime

Since my News Alert on Sunday, my team and I have continued to watch the fallout from the seismic shift in Syria as Islamic rebels have retaken the country from dictator Bashar Assad. As I wrote then, I believe this sudden power vacuum—while good for Israel and the Middle East in the short-term—also aligns with the prophetic coalition of nations coming against Israel in Psalm 83.
