We’re continuing our guided tour of Heaven, our travel guide to eternity. Today we look at two important aspects of the New Jerusalem: the size and shape of the city, and the sanctity of it—who’s going to be there and who’s not. The city is a massive cube—1,400 to 1,500 miles in length, width, and height. The Tabernacle had a Holy of Holies that was a 15-foot cube; while Solomon’s Temple had one that was a 30-foot cube. But the New Jerusalem is a 1,500-mile cube! That is a massive Holy of Holies! Picture a map of the United States: from Minneapolis to Houston to Miami to Boston—that’s just the footprint. Randy Alcorn calculates nearly 2 million square miles on the ground level alone, which is 40 times bigger than England, with potentially 600,000 stories. It’s a colossal cube the size of a continent. That is the place Jesus is preparing for us.
Then Hebrews 12 tells us who will be there: myriads of angels, the general assembly and Church of the Firstborn (New Testament saints), the spirits of righteous men made perfect (Old Testament saints and Tribulation saints), God Himself, and Jesus. But Revelation 21 and 22 also tells us who won’t be there: the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and liars—those whose settled, unrepentant lifestyle is characterized by such sins. The most important question is this: Will you be there? The only way to know is by putting your faith in Jesus and washing your robes in His blood.

The End Times Timeline: God’s Eternal Plan Revealed
This small comprehensive book, The End Times Timeline provides believers with an accessible framework for understanding biblical prophecy. It traces God’s prophetic program from the Old Testament through the eternal state. What’s particularly noteworthy is how current events align with ancient predictions—Israel’s restoration, technological advances enabling global surveillance, and the geopolitical alignment of nations mentioned in Ezekiel 38–39.
The timeline identifies key prophetic milestones: the Rapture preceding the Tribulation, the rise of Antichrist, the rebuilt Temple, and Christ’s Second Coming. While some debate the timing of particular events like the Gog-Magog War, the overall framework reflects solid Bible research. This resource serves as an excellent tool for both new believers seeking prophetic clarity and mature Christians desiring to understand their place in God’s unfolding plan.
