In Luke 17, Jesus gives the disciples a graphic description of the end times and especially the moments leading up to the Rapture. He tells his followers exactly what kind of world they will be living in before it happens.

“As it was in the days of Noah,” He says, “so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man” (Luke 17:26).

In other words, Jesus is saying, “Just like it was in the time of Noah, before the Great Flood, that’s exactly how it will be before I return.”
