U.S. pressuring Israel to concede territorial waters

I’ve written before about how the Old Testament promises consequences to those who try to pressure Israel to divide her land:

I will enter into judgment with them there
On account of My people, My heritage Israel,
Whom they have scattered among the nations;
They have also divided up My land.—Joel 3:2

God gave the land to His heritage, Israel, and He promises to judge the world based on how we interact with His people. Sometimes that judgment is immediate and destructive. The writer William Koenig has catalogued these judgments in his book, Eye to Eye: Facing the Consequences of Dividing Israel.

But still, recent U.S. presidents continue attempts to convince or force Israel to make land concessions. George W. Bush did it. Barack Obama did it. Donald Trump did it and today Joe Biden is doing it.
