I was just reading about Fakhrizadeh in the WSJ (I trust your take on this infinitely more). I can't thank you enough, Pastor Jimmy, for staying on top of the news and keeping us in the loop!
So much is happening all over the world. I just saw tonight, a story on how the rage and violence in US streets has increased. They were talking about violent carjackings' and personal assaults in Minneapolis is up 537% compared to November 2019. I used to watch Fox News 24/7 for the past 7 yrs and here lately (mainly since the Nov 3rd election) I have cut it out almost completely. It's like watching a violent movie, only it's real people. The craziness of certifying the presidential election and who is going to do what, has had me so stressed out & upset I have made myself ill. I've instead watched Christian TV and Hallmark Christmas Movies (lol), but realized over the week-end that I find my real peace reading my bible. God's Word is so much more important to me these last few days. I realize how I have not really studied the Word like I should (only a daily devotional), but I guess what I'm saying is the Lord is drawing me back to more time with Him. I look forward to every day and I have felt His presence in my personal time with Him. Sorry, for getting so personal with my sharing. I started to go back and delete a lot of this message but I really felt the Lord telling me it was ok to share what I have experienced. I just hope this wasn't the wrong venue. Anyway, what I was trying to say when I started this comment is that the craziness and the chaos in the media some times gets more than I can take. I want to stay informed but I've decided, I will be more picky about what I want to be informed about. Maybe I do need to delete all this ranting I'm doing. I think I've been quarantined too long and haven't had much contact with the world... So excuse me if this sounds like a crazy old woman talking nonsense.... cause that is exactly what it is. (lol)
God’s Word...... you can take it to the bank. Everything will happen just like the Bible says so. I truly hope that people (unbelievers) will see and understand that. I actually think that this Covid issue could definitely have a silver lining. I live in California, so most of the state is in “lockdown” (even though our governor who placed us in lockdown doesn’t comply with his rules) Anyways.... there are a lot of people that are cooped up and hurting. Hurting financially, emotionally and are scared and very uncertain about their futures. When people are somewhat isolated and they don’t have other people influencing them, then this trying time could definitely lead to a Come to Jesus Meeting. Maybe? I’m hopeful and praying for it.
Praise the Lord for your insights. Iran's hatred of Israel is so disturbing and the also the Turkish regimes increasing anti-Western/anti-Christian actions. I pray for the peace of Jerusalem. I've recently studied revelations regarding the Two Olive Trees (Israel and the Church), being the two witnesses, and am beginning to understand that God's end time plans and "salvation" of Israel will include large scale acceptance of Christ as the Messiah by the Jewish people? Is this what is meant by "removing ungodliness" from Israel? Are we seeing the hand of God in Israel remove disbelief from his people on a large scale? Love and peace in the Lord. Come Lord Jesus.
Wow! I read this 3 times! I pray more in the Church would have eyes to see as the Bible spells it out so clearly. He is coming! And He is putting an end to evil, all kinds of evil, forever! It must be scary to be in that region wondering what might be happening next? I pray for those needing Comfort and Grace and Strength, at any point in this trial, that they may find it in our Savior. Reveal Yourself to them Oh Lord. Let them see how much You love them.

I have followed you for a long time. The Hurt Pocket was the 1st book written by you that I read. I will never forget the impact it had on my life.
