Thank you for this message! I don't know that I've ever REALLY thought about it in great detail, but it is so exciting to imagine what we will be like in heaven! I so look forward to a body where my sight is restored, where I don't ache and where I will never again have any concern over my weight. How wonderful to lay down our earthly burdens and put on a body that will not feel burdened - ever! Hallelujah, I can't wait! Come Lord Jesus.
Enjoyed the article. It will be wonderful to have a body that doesn't have aches and pains! It will be even better to be in the presence of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior! Wishing the TP family a wonderful Easter celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
Thank you for helping us to understand the amazing transformation we are going to receive when we are raised to meet out precious Lord and saviour Jesus Christ in the clouds. I cannot wait for that glorious day! AMEN
Happy Easter everyone! Not only am I looking forward to a new heavenly body and spending eternity with our Lord, I'm also looking forward to meeting the saints of old (Moses, Enoch, Jesus's disciples, etc..). GBU
A very on point word for today! I'm so looking forward of my glorious body in heaven that I and millions apon millions of people who believed in the one and only saviour, Lord Jesus Christ will all be radiating a heavenly glow!💫 Thats what it means to have a glorious body! Having said it is a time to remember and also walk in what Jesus did on the cross, to save us all from internal damnation and his body was broken for our health and wholeness! When Jesus arose from the grave by conquering Sin and Death, his resurrection enforces the blood bought blessings that are rightly ours! Gal 3:13! Have a safe and blessed Easter everyone! From your bro Down Under!
I am looking forward to the upper-taker and not the under-taker, also! I love the word of God and the way you bring it to life for me! I am excited about being raptured! God bless you all!
So grateful for our Tipping Point family for the encouragement, knowledge, and love you all share, especially for Jimmy, Greg, and Mark :). Blessed Resurrection Sunday to all! May many come to faith in Jesus today, even as He prepared our heavenly homes.
Happy Easter y’all!! We had incredible Easter service attendance last night and today. The Church is alive and celebrating together as one body! I hope you’ve had an amazing day no matter where you live! Loved waking up to a post on resurrection day talking about our new resurrected bodies! Truly the BEST is yet to come! Love this community and pray for blessings indeed. He is Risen— https://youtu.be/ZHDsU3gdxtY 🎶💛🦋
Went to a great service today as well at Cornerstone Chapel in Leesburg Virginia, it is also on YouTube. Pastor Gary used the Resurrection Scriptures in Luke 24 to preach a Salvation message and then gave an old fashion alter call at the end. Hundreds in all came forward between last night and today. The message was so anointed, John and I couldn’t help but worship our hearts out and give thanks for the way the HS moved to bring salvation to so many, right before our eyes! It was a true Easter Blessing! Thank-You Jesus for all those souls! 🌻
I am thankful for the pastors who unapologetically proclaim the whole Gospel in these last days, where many embrace “another gospel.” We brought our ten year old surrogate granddaughter today and she raised her hand to accept Christ. Her parents have hard hearts toward Jesus, yet they allowed her to attend with us! Please pray for Juliette, and her older sister Emmy. A gentleman who sat nearby turned around and gave Juliette (JJ) a scripture card. When I thanked him after the service he replied that the Lord impressed upon him to share it. I expect that scripture card to multiply JJ’s young faith! We visited the bookstore after service, and she excitedly picked out a girl’s study Bible, a devotional book, and a Scripture reference card on different topics (fear, sadness, loneliness, etc). I have to thank our sister Michelle Moore, who encouraged me through her example of witnessing, to invite the entire family, though JJ alone chose to attend.
Wow!!! What a celebration! On Easter Day! Juliette, you belong to Jesus for all eternity!!! He made a way for you, and for your sister Emmy too! We rejoice with you and sing to the Lord in praise!! 🌻
Our pastor preached a unique message on the prodigal son wrapping it with Gods love for us on Resurrection day. I pray the lost opened up their hearts around how much God loves us. I’m re-reading Luke 24. Thank you for sharing Kris🌺
Kris, great news and how blessed you are to visit Cornerstone Leesburg. We’ve become familiar with Pastor Gary through youtube. Love his preaching, teaching, and sense of humor! Watched the Seder service with John and Gary the other night. Praise God for His love for His chosen people, and those of us who have graciously been grafted in!
Thanks for a nice dose of truth and a picture most of us over-the-hump earth travelers are drooling for. 12 years of daily perseverance through a spinal injury has me thinking about this every single day. Today is a worse day for pain, catch myself holding my breath a lot. But it pales in comparison to what a lot of other people have to grapple with. I’ve prayed since it happened that God would sustain me through His powerful grace, to provide for my family and contribute to His Word and Work here on earth. He has never failed to carry me through these stretches. What I look even more forward to is not having to grapple and struggle with the sin nature. Just to be able to relax and not worry or think about what I am doing or slipping up and making a mistake. That only goodness and righteousness will come out of me all the time. Hopefully, this will include not being able to even remember sin or pain or loneliness or all the bad things from this time - just exuding Gods glory and holiness and righteousness forever. So yes, the rapture is looking real, real good right now because we all know it is at the door. Today, we celebrate Jesus destroying death and becoming the first fruits of all those who have fallen asleep. And we also celebrate being part of a special generation that never experiences death (I believe). May you all be blessed abundantly on this fine day.
Justin, it’s amazing God bringing together this special community— thank you for sharing your testimony and joining others praying for your healing but most of all your spirit and strength to grow stronger and stronger as you share the good news. Happy Easter! 💝 As you’ve shared, today is the biblical festival of firstfruits as it’s the first Sunday after Passover Sabbath according to Leviticus 23:11.
“But the truth is, Christ is risen from the dead, as the firstfruit of a great resurrection harvest of those who have died.” 1 Corinthians 15:20 💛
Thanks so much Kari and I hope it has been a really great day for you guys. Thank you for praying for me, it is so special to be part of such a great community and sharing God and His love and all His blessings together. Wishing you a great rest of your Easter as well.
Justin. I keep this scripture in my daily Bible reading and claim it. Even to your old age and gray hairs I am He, I am He who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you! Isaiah 46:4,
This passage is a sure promise for me and I hope it encourages you! We speak and claim God’s Word! I’m 77 and like you I trust our Lord as we journey through this life of joy; sorry; heartache and pain! Pray you had a blessed Easter; and also the TP family! Blessings to you and family! Gladys
You are welcome Justin! Yes, Easter was great and sermon snd and sermon powerful. We prayed many come to know the Lord! I’m thankful the scriptures were a blessing; as iron sharpens iron ; so we can sharpen others. Thanks for your prayers and continued prayers for you also. God bless. Gladys
Thanks for sharing Justin, and I’m so sorry to hear about the constant pain in you spine. I can relate these days as it starts in my back and shoots down my legs to my feet and ankles. God has provided a new surgeon and I am hopeful, but prayer is a daily part of my treatment plan. Pain is a real wake-up call that these bodies are only earth suits and the new ones are coming soon! I remember being at a Joyce Meyer Conference one time and she had everyone stand up and pray for healing for whatever needs it, on your own body, then lay hands on the person next to you, and pray for them too. I have been doing it ever since, to anoint myself with oil for healing every morning as I reach for my Bible, and to ask for healing for those I know that need it as well. I will add you to my list. Jesus died and rose, to heal all our diseases. Thank-you Jesus for the power You have to heal! Happy Easter!! 🌻🐥
Thank you so much for the kind words. We pray for healing also and keep praying. We have watched God do some miracles and sure looking forward to the glory that is coming. Happy Easter as well 😊
Kris. Prayers and healing for you. I use anointing oil too as we pray God’s Spirit hears our prayers and sends them to Jesus who is seated at the Right Hand of the Father who intercedes on our behalf! Blessings and God’s Grace to you! Gladys
I just said a prayer for healing and peace for you Justin. I suffered a severe back injury 20 years ago and have had daily pain ever since. I know how excruciatingly frustrating it is to live with. The thought that someday we will all have brand new bodies that will be free of all limitations and pain brings me so much comfort and peace. I can't wait for the day when my body can accomplish all that my mind and spirit are craving to be able to do. I pray for you to have peace of spirit and mind on those difficult days. Jesus' sacrifice ensures our eternal life and an end from our own suffering. How wonderful and truly amazing!! BLESSINGS TO ALL!!
Happy Easter, Steve and family! Thank you so much for checking in and for your prayers. He had an echocardiogram on Tuesday and will do a stress test this Friday. The doc didn’t seem especially concerned but probably thought it would be a good idea to be safe. I will try to find you in here after results come back, Steve. How are you doing? You are in my prayers. God bless you, brother!
Oh that's great news on your husband! Even what may seem like a little progress is a big weight lifted most times. Thank you for understanding and being willing to keep me updated. I honestly don't ask for the sake of being nosey. I just think it's so important for us to sing praises to God for the good reports because unfortunately, most of our conversations with Him are asking for needs, right? As for me, oh I'm doing great. I injured my back but I don't think it's anything serious or that won't heal with time as long as I listen and take it easy. As I said in a previous post, my wife threatened to start throwing away my favorite fishing lures if I don't rest. I hope my heavenly body is taller than hers so I can put things up high where she can't reach them. Happy Easter Blondie! :)))
Thank you so much for the kind words. It is so nice to share so a nice place with so many good people. I pray that God would sustain you through your injury as well and bring you healing also. Blessings to you today as well 😊
Prayers for you Justin: I twisted my lower back a week ago and yes it hurt. I’m feeling better thanks to many prayers. So, I’m looking forward to a new body in Christ too. Don’t get discouraged; but stay strong in the Lord! He never leaves us nor forsakes us. Be blessed 🙏. Gladys
Miss Gladys!😁 There you are! I've looked for you and a few others I have been praying for to ask how things were. I was curious how your April 12th appointment with the chiropractor went, as well as your allergies. Funny (kind of) story...after conversing with you on last Monday, I injured my back helping some folks and have been crawling around on our floor ever since! I look like a 230lb turtle flipped on it's back and struggling to get up.🤣 On a positive note, I have found 2 missing television remotes, $1.20 in change, and 185 hair scrunchies under our couch! I'm so happy to hear that you are feeling better, even if our time isn't the same as God's time. Happy Easter to you and everyone here in our Tipping Point fam...🧐 Hey! I found an unwrapped Jolly Rancher!
Hi Steve. Yes thanks for your prayers for my lower back. The chiropractor appointment went well; but I’m still feeling some pain. Think it will time to heal. Sorry to hear of your back injury. I’ll pray for you also. Interesting that you found interesting things while crawling around on your floor. Just be careful that you don’t twist your back. Yeah; our bodies get frail and bones weaker every day. We will be ready for new ones when we go to Heaven; but God still is in control and watches over us every day!!! Psalm 91 I pray every day( I memorized it). before the pandemic even started while still living in California; but have now move to another state. God is Good all the time and cares about every thing that concerns us. He is our Yahweh-Rapha; God my healer!!! He is the great physician, He brings healing! Blessings to you and family . Gladys
Thank you for the prayers, and for the good advice! I'm terrible at following advice because I'm so determined to get things done, but sometimes I wonder if it is God saying "If you don't sit down, I'm going to sit you down." My wife has threatened to start throwing my fishing tackle away if I don't lay still and rest so I guess I need to listen. 😠
This really made me laugh hard when I read it. So good to be able to take a little humor out of the hard times we have to pass through at times. Us back injury people unfortunately get a lot more time near the floor areas than we would like. Hang on to that jolly rancher ha ha.
Thanks so much Gladys. I am really sorry to hear that you hurt your back so bad and also praying that it feels better. It has been a really nice Easter and seeing everybody here. God bless 😊
Amen! So sorry to hear of your spinal injury, Justin. And yet God has remained faithful through your trials! We will soon be free from this earthly trials and as the Lord intended for us to be! Hallelujah
Thanks so much for reminding me what My future body will be like. This brief summation is a perfect summary as to what my blessed Hope & future will be like. And the best part is that in my resurrected body I will get to see and be with my Lord Jesus.
Thank you Mark for this beautiful post. I’m so thankful for the Death, Grave and Resurrection. My love for our Master grows greater each day.
I’m so looking forward to the day of His blessed return!!!
Happy and Blessed Easter to all my TP family ❣️❣️❣️
A Blessed Resurrection Sunday to you and our TP community 🌷

That is such great news, I am so happy to hear that. Perhaps God will work on their hearts through this young lady. This was inspiring.
That is my prayer, Justin! I so appreciate your heart for the lost :)

Me thinks you should listen to your better half, at least until you’re tall enough to be way beyond her reach. 😆
Thank you so much for the kind words. It is so nice to share so a nice place with so many good people. I pray that God would sustain you through your injury as well and bring you healing also. Blessings to you today as well 😊

Hi Steve. Yes thanks for your prayers for my lower back. The chiropractor appointment went well; but I’m still feeling some pain. Think it will time to heal. Sorry to hear of your back injury. Thanks so much Gladys. I am really sorry to hear that you hurt your back so bad and also praying that it feels better. It has been a really nice Easter and seeing everybody here. God bless 😊
Justin: praying for your back brother, as soon as I send this!
Steve, thanks so much, praying for your back as well. Just got done laughing at your last post, I think I may have clicked something in a hair ha ha.
