A look back at Tipping Point's most popular posts and videos this year
What a year this has been. I know most of you enter each year hoping it will be the one in which Jesus comes back—I happen to share that perspective!—and even though that wasn’t the case in 2021, we saw a number of signs that indicate we are at the end of the end times. Personally, it gives me great joy to have a format like this one in which I can share my thoughts about Bible prophecy and encourage you as we see those prophecies fulfilled.
As I’ve indicated recently, 2022 will be a big year for the Tipping Point Prophecy Update. We will be adding regular contributors and other expert voices as we try to give you timely and educated analysis of God’s Word and current events as they relate to prophecy.
Until then, I wanted to use today’s article to look back at some of the most popular content on this site, just in case you missed it the first time around or subscribed later in the year.

Every Wednesday I release a teaching video in which I interview an expert or share about a certain Bible prophecy topic. I also regularly discuss news items and, in a subscriber-only continuation of these videos, answer your questions. I love planning and recording these videos, and you seem to appreciate them, too. These all have hundreds of thousands of views.

In this video from June, I shared what the Bible says about the Mark of the Beast and how to identify it during the end times. I also discuss the shifting political structure in Israel and what that means for the end times timeline.
Israel in the End Times
In May, around the 73rd anniversary of the rebirth of Israel as a nation, I discussed the significance of Israel and its central role in Bible prophecy. I also shared new legislation being passed to protect human rights in regard to technological advancements.
The Antichrist Revealed
In this video from June, I gave ten facts every person needs to know about the Antichrist. I also discussed the explosion of anti-Semitic attacks across the United States and how that fulfills prophecies made centuries ago in the Bible.
When Will the Rapture Occur?
With the Feast of Trumpets approaching, I used this August video to share why that ancient Jewish feast is connected to the Rapture of the Church, and why all believers need to be ready for this moment in prophetic history.

The Rosh Hashanah-Rapture Connection: Published the week before the Feast of Trumpets, this post explored how God uses the feasts of Israel to foretell major events, and why Rosh Hashanah—the Jewish New Year—foretells the Rapture. I closed that article with these words:
Biblically, it’s clear that the Rapture is the next major prophetic event in the history of the world… Personally, I always want to be ready for Jesus, but every time the Feast of Trumpets comes around in September, I pay even closer attention.
Three Reasons Jesus Must Return: The return of Jesus is the most significant biblical doctrine related to the end times. In this post, I use specific passages of Scripture to explore three reasons He will return as promised. His return is related to the resurrection of the dead, the defeat of Satan, and it proves that Jesus is the Son of God:
On that day, every eye will see Him and every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Unbelievers may mock Him today. They use His name as a curse word. The Coming Economic Collapse: A lot of people, inside and outside the Church, have been talking about the economy this year. A volatile stock market, massive inflation, the declining power of the dollar, and the embrace of digital currency have spread fear and uncertainty across our culture. But these monetary fluctuations and financial worries are just a taste of what will happen during the Tribulation:
Right now we are in a pre-Rapture economy. There will be ups and downs, recessions and disruptions. A lot of people have a lot of anxiety about the economy right now. But if you are a believer, you can take heart that you’re not going to experience the worst economic collapse in the history of the world. That won’t happen until the Seals of Revelation are opened, and by that time you will have been raptured into God’s presence. You’ll be at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb and you’ll never have to think about money again.
Interview with Dr. Mark Hitchcock: The pieces of the Tribulation puzzle are coming into place, and my two-part interview with this pastor, author, and seminary professor covered everything from Iran’s pursuit of a nuclear weapon to events in Russia, Afghanistan, and Turkey. Dr. Hitchcock said this about the covenant that triggers the Tribulation:
“I do think that when these nations come down into Israel—Russia, Iran, Turkey, all these other nations—they're going to be decimated in Israel. It’s a literally a destruction of biblical proportions of their armies. That, I believe, could then set the stage for the Antichrist to gain ascendancy in the world. It’s going to leave a massive power vacuum. That could be what allows him to come in and set up his world dominion, which will be that last three-and-a-half years of the Tribulation when he dominates and rules the world.”

The Tipping Point changed my life. I avoided studying Revelation until the day I heard about this new “end times” ministry back in 2019! I bought the book & subscribed— never looking back. Honestly, I didn’t even know what eschatology was! ;) I feel like I’m getting my masters degree and exactly at the right time. I’ve always loved reading my Bible, but the level of studying we do here has opened up my eyes & ears to a deeper relationship with Jesus. Life is hard and changing rapidly before our eyes— this place brings me comfort & encouragement in a crazy world. Pastor Jimmy, I would love to learn more about New Earth. It’s something rarely talked about at church but where we’ll live for eternity with God! Would you do a series on New Earth?! I think you & Randy Alcorn (author of Heaven) doing a show together would be incredible & life-changing.

I wish sometimes that you would do a video a day. My wife and I cant get enough of your teachings. I believe it is said that the rapture will happen at the sound of the last trumpet. Some folks believe that is the last trumpet in tribulation, while others believe that its the last trumpet of Rash Hashanah. Could you pleas elaborate on this. I also want to hear more about the age that Rachel is talking about more for my grandchildren as they are getting close to the age of understanding.
