In today’s episode, I discuss an astonishing development in the Russia-Ukraine conflict that caught my attention. Russia has begun using horses, camels, and donkeys to transport troops and supplies due to the depletion of their military equipment—the largest in 80 years. I analyze how this connects to Ezekiel 38’s prophecy of the Gog-Magog invasion, which describes soldiers on horseback using ancient weapons. This addresses a common question about end-times prophecy: Why would modern armies use primitive transportation? I explore three interpretations: (1) that Ezekiel used terms his audience could understand, (2) that nations might revert to archaic methods due to resource depletion, or (3) that the rise of drone warfare might render expensive tanks obsolete.
The second part of the program continues our ongoing exposition of Revelation, focusing on chapter 7:1–8 and the mysterious 144,000. I explain how this passage answers the question posed at the end of chapter 6: “Who is able to stand?” during God’s wrath. These 144,000 are literally Jewish men—12,000 from each of the twelve tribes—who will be sealed by God for protection during the Tribulation. I clarify common misconceptions, explaining they are not Seventh-day Adventists, Jehovah’s Witnesses, or symbolic of the Church. God will use these men as powerful evangelists—”144,000 Billy Grahams”—to reach countless Gentiles. This demonstrates God’s faithfulness to preserve the Jewish people throughout history and His continuing work of salvation even during earth’s darkest hour.
