Yes!! It’s always tends to be those last details in wedding day prep that raise the urgency. There are more invitations to be delivered..with urgency.

July 4th today. The final count down, the midnight hour, to the return of the Lord for His Bride, and the Millennial Kingdom after that. I look forward to being with Christ in Heaven for 7 years as it is starting to get pretty crazy on this earth. And even more so I look forward to Jesus ruling and reigning from his throne in Jerusalem for that final 7 where justice will be done at last! But for now we are in those long hot days of summer…. Come Lord Jesus. Be our strength, our hope, and our joy.

Isaiah 46:9-11.

AMEN I cannot wait so ready to.go home and be with GOD and Jesus and my momma and rest of my family!!

Hi Amy… I’ve been camping & off line but read your comment and wanted to encourage you that you WILL see your momma & other family members who are in heaven! 100% be encouraged by the Word of God that proclaims this promise to all believers (and God never breaks His promises) It’s OK if other people disagree or debate or dispute theology…. but when the Word states the truth that’s what I believe!💛

Hi Amy, I’m also looking forward to seeing my loved ones again. I have no doubt we will see them!

God is not the problem. We are the problem. We don’t want subdue our life

Hi Devonte. I don't believe that the Father and Jesus when He was on earth would've put such a heavy importance on relationships if they are meaningless in heaven. I kind of get where you are coming from about "subduing our life." There are some people who long more for seeing their family member who has passed away (or even their dog) than they long for being in the Father's presence or with Jesus. I think we will definitely see our family and know they are family. I don't think we will "forget" our lives on earth, but we will not have tears or pain in heaven. All I know for sure is, God is perfect. His plan is perfect. I trust that God has everything figured out, we don't. Our minds can't make sense out of what's PERFECT. We can't even begin to comprehend. I don't put limits on our Creator. I just know our hearts will be in eternal worship ❤

I will add that there is nothing wrong for hoping to see your family again. Of course we all want that! But our longing to be with Jesus is the most important.

AMEN sister!!!!!!! I miss my mom but I'm just excited if not more so to meet GOD and Jesus!! They are who I wanna see first, then my momma! U miss her like crazy but GOD and Jesus I would love to see first!!!

GOD Bless everyone!!!

agree.. and don't forget that the relationship between God and Son are Father and Son. God is my Abba.. so why wouldn't we have our earthly relations. None of it will matter, for there will be such joy to finally see the face of God and to worship my Jesus.

You are uninformed Devonte. Read the scriptures. We will know all our family, and loved ones, if they are in heaven....

Hi Devonte, it’s great to express your opinions about Bible theology, but I read through all your comments [here] and your harsh words to Samantha & others to “repent” are not helping but hurting. Where are the verses to back up anything you stated? I 100% disagree with you and here’s the scriptures to encourage others that they WILL see each other again in heaven and KNOW each other in heaven….

2 Samuel 12:23 - When King David’s son died he proclaimed ‘I will see him again in heaven.’ Matt 8:11 - we will recline at the table with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob at the feast in the Kingdom of heaven. We WILL know them and ….Matt 26:29 - Jesus said Mark My Words I will drink wine with YOU! Matt 17:3- Moses and Elijah were known to all who saw them! Heb 12:23- souls in heaven gathered which means community and community means having relationships. The Word of God says—“The Master himself will give the command. Archangel thunder! God’s trumpet blast! He’ll come down from heaven and the dead in Christ will rise—they’ll go first. Then the rest of us who are still alive at the time will be caught up with them into the clouds to meet the Master. Oh, we’ll be walking on air! And then there will be “one huge FAMILY reunion” with the Master. So reassure one another with these words.” 1 Thess 4:17💛

How can you remain married to your husband and be at the wedding to Christ? Matthew 22:23-33 From my understanding we will no longer be servants as spouse, daughter, mother, etc but the Bride of Christ?

Expand full comment

Amen! Yisrael I agree with your statement! We will be the bride of Christ— the verses I shared focused on the fact that we will know each other in heaven… I’ll know my “earthly” husband & family in heaven, and we’ll all be Jesus’ brides.

Jesus said about the resurrection, “they will neither marry nor be given in marriage, but will be like the angels in heaven.” Remember how much trouble angels got into when they “left their first estate “ and married! (Gen.6, Jude). No, we will not be married to our earthly spouses in heaven.

You are miss-understanding the scripture, Matthew 22:23-33 Yisrael. That is a metaphor. You will still be married to your husband, is the way i have been taught. If i'm wrong, anyone can reply....

I love how God is all powerful, all knowing, yet He loves and cares so deeply for us. If we pay attention and study His word then we see how clearly He spells it all out for us. It’s really not confusing, He makes perfect sense. We may not know the day or hour, but we sure do know the season. That season is here and it certainly won’t be long now. Aren’t you glad that you know Him!! Thank you Heavenly Father for your wonderful plan for our lives!

Dear Pastor Jimmy, I have just watched 4 hours of the “Unseen Realm” seminar featuring Dr Michael Heiser, which is pretty startling in its implications. But like a Berean I am “searching the scriptures daily to see whether these things are so”. Are you familiar with Dr Heiser’s work and what is your take?

Hi Kristy, I am familiar with Dr. Heiser and he is well respected in end times circles. I find his work on the Nephilim very intriguing. I'm not an expert on all he is done but I've just recently gotten two more of his books that I'm planning on reading. But overall I think he is reputable and knowledgeable.

Hi Pastor Jimmy. How about Ryan Pitterson? I read and loved his explanation of Genesis in Judgement of the Nephilim. I am anxiously waiting his book The Final Nephilim this year.

Kristy, where can we watch this seminar 'Unseen Realm'? Thank you

YouTube has the whole conference. I just watched it. He is definitely not a Pretribulation Rapture or a literal 1000 year Reign of Christ, person. I wish he was. I think it would be an easy transition for him but he does not go there, at all. He mentioned he taught at a Catholic school in Wisconsin. That might explain it. He believes we are in the Millennium now. He has a thought-worthy take on the spiritual state of the nations of the world, but he goes quickly to Replacement Theology. He does discuss the “giants” of the Bible and makes some interesting points. I found that part interesting. He held my interest for 4 hours, but I was disappointed by the conclusions he comes to for end times. Not what the Bible teaches.

Expand full comment

Hi Kris

I think you have him confused with another teacher. Dr Heiser does not hold those positions. If he did I would not be interested in him or his books.

Expand full comment

Hi Kristy. I don’t think so. It is him. Don’t get me wrong, he had some very interesting things to say that most Christians, including myself, have never heard before…. Jimmy Evans is right, he is well respected in end times circles, but probably more so by the side that believes that the Church has replaced Israel…. There is more than one circle. And sometimes those circles overlap. This might be one of those times as he is definitely thinking outside the box where certain verses in the Bible are concerned. I, personally, felt quite uncomfortable by the direction he was going on the end times portion of his presentation. In order to get to where he goes, you have to ignore huge portions of the Scriptures. He does that handily.

Which video had these ideas? I did not hear anything like that.

Hi Kristy, His name is Dr. Michael S Heiser. I listened to the 4 hour YouTube video on the YouTube channel he did covering material from his book The Unseen Realm. It’s ok, my ear is pretty in tune with the end time positions so I picked right up on it. It could be hard to catch, I suppose, as it is not the main subject of his presentation. He doesn’t get around to closing the deal on his big picture until the last hour. There are little hints along the way which made me suspect as I was watching. I am still pondering what he said about the Counsel of God, or Gods, in his case. It is very controversial as you might imagine but interesting to watch how he tried to prove it from the Scriptures. Are we talking about the same guy?

Michael Hesier's book is excellent and to go along with it I recommend Seers & Doers Releasing Kings by John Garfield along with Robert Henderson Courts of Heavens series. Your EYES will be OPEN to our REAL PURPOSE on earth. The Trading Floors by Watkins will give you an excellent insight to who Satan is.

Oh. My. Gosh. I’m an hour and a half in to that 4 hour seminar and my mind is blown...I’ll be searching as well but why has this never been spoken of?!?! I am so confused.

Expand full comment

Hi Morgan, yes I would say that it was confusing because of the conclusions he comes to, but he is definitely a Christian and understands that part of it well. Keep your on on the prize; Jesus is coming soon to Rule and Reign for 1000 years! And before that, the Rapture! I think that he is a Postmillinial/Amillennial mix so he believes that the Church will be ushering in the return of the Lord after the Church gets done bringing in the Kingdom…. He is a Bible scholar so there are some nuggets in there, but he goes way off track where the Pretribulation position is concerned. I like what Matt said at the top of this post, that some day God will show us everything we have always wanted to know! I agree! Until then, experts Like Jimmy Evans know the facts from the Bible about Jesus Coming soon!

Not to get off this weeks subject, but this has been on my mind for years. Does anybody seen any bible scriptures about how old we will be in heaven? I have heard that we will be like Christ, but what age!!!! Can anybody comment on this, and what do you think on this Pastor Jimmy????

Maybe 33? That's around the age that Jesus was when he was crucified.

That's what I've been told over the years, Brianna. I just wanted to see if anyone of you out there thought the same way. When you think about it, your not really young, or to old.
