Pastor Jimmy, you did it again. Every single time you preach, teach, and write about Heaven it brings me to tears. This is one of my favorites.... and the tears are flowing. It's been emotional for me to be home after spending time in Ethiopia. I watched desperation & poverty at a new level, everything we learn here, it's true....The world is suffering. The world needs Jesus. Desperately. Posts like today help us grow our imagination.... to dream big of our new home on new earth. As always, lift up our heads and look up! Let's spend every day on this earth, loving big and serving big and sharing the good news! I feel encouraged today....💛 Happy Sunday

I would be considered poor by American standards but compared to homeless people in places like Ethiopia, I’d be considered rich... forgive me Lord Jesus for not being more grateful & less complaining 🙏🏼

Love you Sheila, it's humbling when we think of how much we have and so little all over the world. But we have one thing in common....no matter what! As a follower of Jesus Christ was ALL long for His return. Your heart is right where He wants it. Simply Love.
I have been blessed beyond measure in this life. God has given me a wonderful husband, a job that I enjoy with good people to work with, a wonderful family, a beautiful place to live, a car to drive. These are all just gifts from him. What matters most, is that we help those who are struggling. Open my eyes Lord, to those who are in need or are struggling emotionally. Help me to help others with what knowledge or finances that I have. Most of all Lord, help me to be a champion for you. We love you, Jesus.
I have long been in awe of those of the Lord’s children who go, actually GO, to these far-flung and desperately poor places to bring as much needed relief as possible and to spread the gospel message! Still carrying out the great commission. So awesome, totally awesome!
I have never thought so much about heaven and the Rapture in all my 67 years and 10 months of life, as I have in the last couple of years!I am so looking forward to it and am excited to be with Jesus! With all that is going on in this evil world, I know He will be coming soon! I hope that I and my family, that is left, will get to be ones of the ones that get to meet Him in the air and never die. I feel their is a big chance of that. We may not even make it to the 2024 election! God is in control! So comforting to know that without a doubt! Thanks Jimmy and Company for your great teachings! I have learned so much. Grew up in church, but never heard much about Revelation! You and all the other Bible scholars that study eschatology are greatly and gratefully appreciated! Good morning Pastor Jimmy and all of the TP family. God is so good, every time I have a sad day HE shows up, reminding me there is perfection waiting! He wants my eyes totally focused on Him! I LONG for Heaven and so does my family. 😔
Please pray for my HS Bible Study, God has placed on my heart to invite a neighbor girl, her Mother is Muslim. I texted the Mom and asked permission to invite her daughter and surprisingly she gave me permission. The daughter responded right away and said yes! I know for certain God orchestrated all of this, the golfer kids told me a few days back Thursday would be the best day for them. When I asked the young girl what day was best for her, (she’s an incredible dancer and dances almost daily) she responded and said Thursday’s were the best day for her. ❤️

I love this description of my soon to be home. I am excited to see what Jesus designs for me. when you share a home with your earthly spouse, your home is based on what you can afford and the decor is a combination of the two of you. Our current home has a variety of items passed down from parents who have passed. To be honest, none of these items that I was blessed with reflects who I am. And if I was rich and could afford my taste in decor or home...do I really know what I like? Most likely not. I can't wait for my jaw dropping home. ❤️
