I’m reading through Revelation now with my unsaved brother, Jared. Please pray for him and his family!

I was telling him today:

Revelation 6 begins the 7-year Tribulation with 6 seal judgments, including the 4th seal judgment (the rider on the pale horse), which results in 25% of the people on earth dying. Currently, there are 7.8 billion people alive, although this number will be much lower after the Rapture in Revelation 4. Could you imagine this? It will make COVID look manageable. Later, in Revelation 9, another 1/3 of the earth’s population dies, so 75 x 2/3 = 50%! 50% of those left behind in the Rapture will die in the Tribulation. This is staggering to comprehend.

So true! You nailed it again, Pastor Jimmy. My friends and I were speaking of this very thing a few nights ago. We find it interesting that we're not afraid - we credit the Holy Spirit with that. Whatever happens, we're all in!

Thank you Pastor Evans for talking about what's relative and happening now. I've been telling friends & family what you're talking about. They are amazed. They say why don't more pastors talk about this? I said cause they're not Pastor Evans! Thanks for reminding us how important it is to stay ready and to try to wake up the people around us.

Yes!!! I so agree. And especially about the 5 fold ministry part. As Churches, we must join hands on this-it will bring Unity! We are not so far apart in our thinking. The Kingdom and our Authority in Christ is here now! And, the 1000 year reign of Christ will come, when the Father says so. Now and then, on earth as it is in Heaven. Also, along those lines, and forgive me because I do not consider myself a Prophet, just a lover of the Word of God, but I cannot get my head out of 1 Samuel. We all know that our President had enough votes to win the election. Even the other side knows that. But the election will not be overturned because it is time for him to go hang out with the Philistines for awhile.... and this will be a good thing! Come on Church! Rise up! It’s time! We are the spiritual Army of the Lord now, and then. We are not ashamed of the gospel!!

How Do We Endure As We See The Day Approaching?

"Yes, and *all* who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. But you must *continue* in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, *which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.* All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, *that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."* II Timothy 3:12‭-‬17

How Do We Endure?

1. APPLY the Word of God (Psalms 1; James 1:22-25).

2. WATCH and PRAY (Matthew 26:41; Luke 21:34-36; Luke 12:40-48; Mark 4:19).

3. HATING the world - not people, but the world system and its lusts (Luke 14:25-33; 1 John 2:15-17; 2 Peter 1:4;).

4. FIX your eyes on Jesus the Author and perfecter of your faith (Psalms 23; Hebrews 12; Philippians 1:6; Jude 1:24-25).

"Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this one’s religion is useless. Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world." James 1:12‭, ‬22‭-‬27

"He who has ears to hear, let him hear!" Matthew 11:15

Let's Endure!

It won't be easy on this side of Heaven, in fact, it may be even downright deadly at times, but we can rejoice in it all ("again I say rejoice"), because it will be "a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory" in the end, no, the beginning! (2 Corinthians 4:16-18; Luke 14:25-33).

"Now at last they were beginning Chapter one of the great story which no one on earth has read: which goes on forever: in which every chapter is better than the one before." C.S. Lewis, The Last Battle.

God Bless you all.

Ps: To revive the hope of your salvation (our helmet), I urge you to pick up the books: Heaven by Randy Alcorn, the novels: Safely Home by Randy Alcorn and "The end series" (4 volumes: Edge of Apocalypse; Thunder of Heaven; Brink of Chaos and Mark of Evil)" by Tim LaHaye and Craig Parshall - The end series novels are literally like reading tomorrow's headlines.

Thank you, Pastor Jimmy. I pray to endure to the end, in His strength. But better by far, the Rapture. Maranatha, Lord Jesus.

Thank you for this new post and how to pray for our brothers and sisters who are being persecuted globally. We love you, pastor Jimmy.... my husband is a marriage/family pastor and it's staggering the number of marriages under assault. We will continue to wraparound our families and never stop fighting for truth, the sanctity of marriage, and sharing the good news. We are honored to stand firm on the solid rock Jesus!! And.... Happy Thanksgiving y'all!
