I was just thinking about that this week - that it feels like time is just flying by!! I am a school bus driver and we start our “year” in late August. It’s already February! It’s like a race coming to the end with one foot over the line already! At the same time, there are many people at work that I love to share my faith in Jesus, with. I feel like they are just inches from the finish line but need that last minute push to get over. Last minute, indeed! We are in the last minute and revival might look like the thief on the cross. One figured it out right in the neck of time and repented while there was still time left, although not much, and he crossed the finish line… and the other died in his sin. The past couple of months have been pretty hard as the enemy knows I am up against the clock and, like Job, has come against me physically. But Jesus is one step ahead of him. His, Jesus, will will be done. He will finish the work. And when it is finished, then the King will come. Peace and Blessing! Jesus is coming soon! 🌻
Amen! The urgency to share the Gospel is intense! I pray for God to help me,and all believers to obey this command, and not miss an opportunity for God's power to work in us to save a soul.❤🙏
On another note, I saw the interview with Greg Laurie (on Greg Lauries’ YouTube) and the movie producer, doing the film about the Jesus movement from the 70s. I like it! To show the Country how the Lord did it then, and how it might be done again, if there is time…. It will be a new Work of God, of course. With man it is impossible but with God all things are possible. Revival is Revival. People need the Lord…. For now, life goes on. 🌻
Thank you Pastor Laurie for encouraging us to fervently walk through open doors while there are still lost people on this earth. I’ve learned more about unreached & unengaged people groups who have never heard about Jesus….the deaf lost… I think we ALL feel the urgency in the air. We are living in the end of the end and feeling a massive responsibility to share the good news. I’m asking God to open a door for a divine appointment— everyday. It’s like being a secret service spy constantly looking for an opportunity to share Jesus with this lost crazy world. I’m in this with y’all — keep loving big & serving big and shine bright for Him.💛☁️🎺🔜
Holy Spirit we Your people can do nothing unless You enable and equip us. Lost unsaved people are all around us that need Your conviction of sin and Your cords of love to draw them. Place those that are already seeking in our hearts and prayers. We each have a sphere of influence and need You to place those in it to encounter the living God through our testimony of Jesus as Lord and Savior in our lives. Holy Spirit filter out the lies of the devil and the spirit of this world which have snared them. Open the eyes of their understanding that they may be translated out of the kingdom of man's darkness into the glorious Kingdom of God's light and truth which is eternal. You came to set the captive free and there are so very many captives in their sin in these last days. We are eagerly awaiting welcoming new brothers and sisters into the Body of Christ!
If you could see me now, after reading this article. You would see me picking my jaw up off the floor. I have been asked just yesterday to come speak to a friend of years past about the Lord!!!! Although this I considered to be a great honor, I myself was born again only a few short years ago. What a beautiful and Glorious time it has been! I myself can't get enough of reading the Gospel, and pray often.
However I didn't know if I of all people should be the one to tell my old friend about Salvation. Considering he is in a fragile state, and battling stage 4 cancer. I didn't want to mess anything up, and have asked the Lord to please help me, if I am not the one to share this wonderful news, and lead him to Jesus, to please give me a sign, send someone in my place. Then here at 430 am just hours before I journey to the hospital, I read this article! The Lord has Never failed me, and your words are very comforting to me, that time is running out and no matter if I was saved a few years ago, a few decades ago, or a few days ago, there is no time like the present to share His Wonderful Word!

This is very interesting, if you ever had the need to share the gospel but you don’t know how, and you know Jesus is calling. You can make an eternal difference on somebody by volunteering on Groundwire.net from your computer, and be an evangelist from your home and become a coach.
I love these words of encouragement. The quote "the Lord opened a door of opportunity" stood out to me. The Lord has opened doors and sometimes it takes everything I have to swallow the fear to move forward with His will. It is our life stories that can help others see His goodness and bring them to salvation. What I keep going back to is that God doesn't need us to accomplish His will, but He still CHOOSES to use us anyway.
With that being said, I have waited until the Super Bowl started before posting this because..... well, fear. I was searching online for a recipe for dinner, minding my own business, when I felt the all too familiar pressure. I heaved a great and rather annoyed sigh (which I know is wrong) as I sat there contemplating whether to get up and walk/pray so I could open my heart to hearing His message, or if I wanted to close my ears and ignore His call for as long as possible (much like my teenager). After a back-and-forth struggle with my conscience, I finally got up and obeyed. Within a couple of minutes of walking I was shown a rocky, rugged landscape. A few seconds later the ground began to vibrate violently and I heard “6.5+ earthquake”.
For those who want more information here are the details of the area:
Have no idea where this was. Seemed like an arid climate. There were trees, but they did not look like what we have here in Texas. The trees were shorter while having full canopies. The leaves looked kind of like an oak but different, while the trunks had very textured and rugged bark. Very different from any trees I've ever seen. The landscape had hills but wasn't heavily treed like the mountains in the USA I've been to. There were some short tufts of green grass (maybe weeds) but most of the vegetation was a golden-yellow color. The hills and ground had layers of what looked like shale with some rocks laying around from where erosion had separated them from the hillside. I saw no homes, people, or animals. And that's it.
And now it looks like it's going to be pizza for dinner.
