YAY! Release day is here!😁😁

Can't wait to get mine! I almost forgot about it since I ordered this back in 2009!

I hate waiting on books. Why do people have to wait on books to be released?😠

Pay no attention to Negative Nancie here...I just haven't had my coffee yet.😁

***Update 17 minutes later: I drank my mud and feel more socially presentable.

Now I'm really looking forward to receiving my copy. I'll be honest in the fact that I just purchased it for who it came from and really had no idea what it was going to be about, other than rapture or after. Pastor Jimmy's opening statement to today's article really has me curious now: "and [this book]goes a step further than much of what you read here at Tipping Point."...how in the world can you take the subject of what we talk about here any further than we already do?!? I mean, I believe that we talk about/imagine every aspect from the rapture to eternity here, all the way down to who our neighbors might be and what we will name our horse...so what else could be left?

Now I'm chomping at the bit to get it. 😃…🤔😦...watch us get raptured right before my book is delivered. 💥…📕📪...😒

Amen Steve! It's like we pay 7 bux a month to hear Pastor Jimmy and friends and everything we've heard in the past year what could possibly have been"left behind" that has not been "revealed"? 🤔...lol. He's given us more than a few books worth already....but the sucker I am and because I like this platform and all the precious souls here I gladly shelled out for the book as well.

Oh yeah I get you! You know how it is if someone you love learning from puts a book or teaching out, you're just going to get it regardless, right? That's the case here because I know this book and every single word within is going to be just as amazing as all the others he has authored, but I'm just thinking "How can you take this any deeper!!!???

That's it Gary..we hear a lot about preachers and teachers who believe in Jesus but they don't teach or preach the full counsel of God. They got no problem with Jesus being Lord and Saviour but they don't believe in the rapture? Seriously? Amir Tsarfati put it best...usually if they're off on one part of their biblical belief system they're usually off somewhere else. It took covid in February/March 2020 for me to understand that times were wrapping up, winding down. Since subscribing to TP, Evans and company have brought blessing and knowledge by the arkload. Have a great day

I appreciate this post and excited to get my new book, Look Up. If you've watched The Chosen Season 3 episode 5 you'll hear Jesus say to the bleeding woman on the ground.... to Look Up!! My whole body broke out in goosebumps. Pastor Jimmy you continue to keep us informed, challenged spiritually, on our toes, and learning the Word of God, allowing us to keep looking up with HOPE! Thank you for working so hard for the Tipping Point family. Y'all, I've been under the weather the past few days... caught a nasty flu bug. Would appreciate your prayers. Texas schools are closed for a few days due to ice & snow! How's everyone doing in their neck of the woods? 💛

Hi Kari, good to hear your voice! We have been praying for you and family as Steve shared the request to pray for ya’ll. Continued prayer for total healing. I had something flu-like that was going around as well. My friend made me test for COVID, (my first test) but nope, just a cold. Feeling better now but it took a little while. Snow!! I’m jealous.... We are getting very cold rain and wind, but no snow. Tempting to fly to Texas!! Love ya! 🌺

Thank you Pastor Jimmy! Beautiful article.

My Pastor has left us to go to Arizona and retire. Many are devastated. Anyway. I asked him one Sunday if he believed in the rapture because I hadn't heard him ever teach anything "Endtimes", or about the rapture. He actually started whispering. He said that he did, but that many didn't. Then he walked away. Now I'm waiting for the new Pastor. I'm going to ask him right away what he believes and if he will preach the "Endtimes". If not, I'm going to find me a fearless preacher that teaches the fullness of the Bible. Praise the Lord! God bless y'all!! Love in Christ Jesus! Maranatha

I do believe this year Daniels 70th week will start. Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition.

Expand full comment

Sure love this forum. You just don’t find many places or people that want to talk about end times. For us end times junkies, there’s a couple of verses that should be extra exciting that we are watching, as it relates to timing. 1). 2 Thessalonians 2:3: Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first. The apostasy is like a safety on a gun. It just won’t go off until the safety is off. Nobody could have imagined the scale and pace of the apostasy but it sure has been recognizable since it’s arrived. The safety is off and this things set to go. That verse very much gives the impression that the rapture will closely follow that prophecy. 2) Matthew 24:14: And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. The end meaning the second coming is how I would take that. I think pastor Jimmy has stated that the gospel has effectively been preached to all nations. Others that make and deliver some of the audio Bibles say it should be complete by 2032, to every last group/people (Faith comes by hearing). This alone shows that it is undeniable that the entire end times events will play out in the next decade or so and certainly within our generation. Exciting to see concrete verses about timing like this playing out right in front of us. He is right at the door friends - Maranantha.

Expand full comment

I sure hope it's very much sooner than 10 years. 🙏

Expand full comment

I’m pretty sure. It is more in counter to the scoffers, one of whom I ran into the other day. The “latest” possibility I could imagine. And nothing to say of the rapture which happens before 😊

Expand full comment

Great points Justin. In my opinion the falling away has happened enough to fulfill that prophecy. My timing is centered around Israel. All the pieces are together for them to attack Iran to lead quickly to the Psalm 83 war and/or Gog Magog war. It's past the point of no return. Three practice drills since this summer including 2 practice drills since last month preparing for the Hezbollah led retaliation gives the appearance it's just around the corner. I recall many thinking Putin wouldn't invade Ukraine even though it was obvious he was going to.

Absolutely!!! My eyes are on Israel as well.

Oh, Thank you Jennifer. God bless you as well. 💜

Expand full comment

Yes and you brought up really fascinating material as well. I also feel we have checked the apostasy “prerequisite”. I was going to ask you about the strikes on 5 Iranian cities this weekend - how did you perceive the intentions of these strikes? My perception is that Israel/us are probing them for their reactions and capabilities to get a feel for the upcoming big strike. This seemed like a really good, next-level test to see how they’d react, to me. Secondarily, if they can utilize a number of these smaller scale strikes, it may be distracting enough to catch the Iranians a little by surprise for the “big one” that they know is coming. If Israel can make enough small strikes and responses and confusion, perhaps they will meet less resistance for their main point. Just wondered how you were viewing these specific events. It apparently was 5 different cities hit by drone strikes and some sources say we were also involved.

Expand full comment

I'm thinking those attacks were more of a warning to Hezbollah and Syria of what's coming their way if they retaliate on Iran's behalf when Israel bombs. And it could be what you are perceiving, too, had mutliple purposes.

Can’t wait to get my book! With Iran getting targeted hits, I wonder which will come first - the rapture or Jimmy’s new book. 😂😂

Saw the Left Behind movie yesterday. The theater added 2 additional showings at the same time as ours because they kept selling out. Good movie that my college aged kids really enjoyed. And our son said it answered some questions he has had about the events. Boy, at the end when Kevin Sorbo and Mike Huckabee were speaking there was complete and total silence in the theater. I don’t think anyone moved a muscle for fear of breaking the bond or possibly interrupting someone getting saved. Really good experience and movie. My only complaint was: 3 sold out theater rooms showing the same movie with all finishing within minutes of one another makes for a really long line for the ladies room. 🤪😩

Expand full comment

I wasn’t able to go see the Left Behind movie due to my situation at home. I just looked to see if the movie was extended another 4 days here in Houston. No. In a city of over 5 million, the demand for more showings was not created. Closest showing is an hour and half away in a small community named Port Arthur. No wonder I have yet to find a church near me that preaches the end times.

When I’ve shared in my mens groups about Bible prophecy, I usually get blank stares. When I post updates on things I hear in sites like this, crickets. Maybe a few likes.

When I posted yesterday asking for help to the group leader, including my phone number to call me, crickets. No call so far.

I’m so grateful for this community. I love reading your comments and seeing the love shared.

Kari, I pray you feel better soon. Flu bugs can be miserable. Especially for moms who have to keep going for the love of their children. I hope the worst has passed.

- Chapters 6-18: Tribulation (Church not mentioned: only Nations and Israel)

- Chapter 19: 2nd Coming

- Chapter 20: Millennial Kingdom, Great White Throne Room

- Chapter 21: New Heaven and Earth

- Chapter 22: Conclusion

Just curious….. does your pastor speak, preach, or teach about the rapture? Ours does not, doesn’t even say anything about living in the last of days.

Expand full comment

The only two nationally known pastors addressing the rapture that I'm aware of is John Hagee and David Jeremiah. Daystar and TBN are more about a worldwide revival coming... caught up in dominion theology that has nothing to do with the rapture. Joni Lamb at least has Jimmy on at times to bring some balance.

Hi Jennifer, I asked my new Pastor at Mount Hope this weekend why more Pastor’s did not teach from the book of Revelation more often? He looked me straight in the eye and said: “Because we are scared.” Oh for Pete’s sakes. I would be scared not to! Nothing to be scared about. Just tune out the false prophets and tune in all the great endtimes teachers we have these days and get it right!! Nothing to be scared about. Go for it! Before it is too late! 🌺

Expand full comment

Probably scared half of his members would walk out immediately.

Expand full comment

I am definitely on the same page as you Kris, very much like minded. But did he say why he is scared ?

Expand full comment

He explained that some people see the events of Revelation as all having already been fulfilled, others as some already fulfilled, and some future, and then others believe it should all be spiritualized. He said he had all in his congregation, and his personal opinion is that it is a mix of all 3. That’s as far as we got... We have a ways to go. I go to my first Ladies Bible Study at this Church on Thursday. They are looking at Noah in Genesis. As in the days of Noah comes to my mind Matthew 24. We just have to be bold. I think most of these Pastor’s are just clueless as to how to present this stuff. They have been silent for far too long, and now they do not know where to start. Just jump in I say! Find a good teacher and go for it! 🌺

Expand full comment

You know if they are scared why don’t they just stream some of these prophetic teachers on large screen, we use it for praise and worship songs?? It’s ridiculous but it’s part of the statistics that Pastor Jimmy points out when he says 60% of the pastors don’t even believe in a real satan.

Amir says in his book, revealing revelation, that even at the seminary they teach such a watered down version of it?

It’s not an accident it’s a strategy of satan, just like our vision and understanding of heaven Its been left out for decades.

so if we never get the truth about last days, what happens during the millennial reign, and then on from there to the new heaven and new earth basically they’ve left the hope out for the believers.

Pastor Jimmy preaches hope, but most of the church doesn’t hear it!! what’s the good news if all you do is walk down the aisle, try to be good, then you have nothing to look forward to?????

No wonder only 20 million possibly will be taken up in the rapture.

We are living in a day where the true remanent church has to seek for the truth, not be satisfied until we find a true shepherd that will lay down his life for his sheep!!! GBU

I know its from God but I think you have to be very intelligent and know the Bible very well - Old Testament and New Testament to teach about End Times well.

I'm not saying other Pastors aren't smart - but it takes someone intelligent, dedicated and passionate about the subject.

Although Pastors can learn from other Pastors as Glee says.

As a novice , it seems like to me it takes a lifetime to study the Bible - knowing other languages, history, the geopolitical situation in ancient times and now!

Jimmy, in this letter to us, I appreciate how you put it all in perspective by describing that the first time Jesus came, the Jews had been looking for the Messiah for over 400 years. And now here we are looking for His Second coming, but first w/ the voice of the Arch Angel Michael shouting to us “come up here!!” for the Marraige Supper of the Lamb. My point being: your teaching, Jimmy (along with the other great teachers you have allowed to teach) has increased my knowledge, awareness, patients & excitement of our future w/ Christ. “When you see these things begin to happen, LOOK UP....for your redemption draws near.” (Luke 21:28)

“Waiting eagerly for the redemption of our body.” (Rom. 8:23)

I don't think Jesus is teaching the church to “look up” or wait for her redemption (rapture) before the tribulation, rather after it. He makes this clear where He says the end times church (you) will “see all these things” BEFORE the day and hour of His coming (Mt. 24:33,36). What things? All the events He describes in the Olivet discourse (Mt. 24:4-30). How could the church SEE THEM if she is taken up before the tribulation? Jesus is saying the rapture of the saints happens in conjunction with the second coming, not before the tribulation. Some say that Jesus is talking about “tribulation saints,” those who get saved after the rapture. But scripture makes no distinction between saints. You’re a church saint or you aint.

How are you doing Jim? Recovery going well?

Brother David,

TP is a great ministry. The love and fellowship that permeates it is most noticeable. Lord’s blessings to you and all.

I don't share these things because I'm trying to be divisive or argumentative, rather because I truly believe that Jesus and Paul teach that the end times church is headed for tribulation and Antichrist. I’ve heard pastors say the church in America is Laodicean (lukewarm) and has never had to endure hard persecution and tribulation like our brothers and sisters in the middle east and Africa. One said she has a “soft underbelly.” In her famous 1975 letter, Corrie Ten Boom said, “The “Christians in China were told not to worry about the tribulation because they would be raptured before it came. Then came terrible persecution. Millions of Christians were tortured to death.” I’m not saying TP saints are unprepared for tribulation, only that hard times are coming and that we need, more than ever, to be spiritually and emotionally prepared for them. Enough said, love you brother and pray the Lord’s very best.

I understand. This time I was only asking you about your hip surgery. Still curious about how you started reading and adhering your views to the Apostles Consitution Didache documents.

Expand full comment

Yes, I appreciate that but also wanted you to understand why I'm sharing what I do. The constitutions and didache came to my attention a few years ago and confirmed what I had already believed. Some don't accept these writings because there not straight from scripture. Of course, that's true, yet they don't contradict them either. They also reject them because the catholic church was a major source of their revelation. Not sure what that has to do with????

Had a great day as I was able to return to my ministry with no complications. Thank you Jesus:)

Lord bless

Expand full comment

Glad to hear you are doing well. The Catholic church is full of false doctrine so imagine that's why.

Expand full comment

Yes, that is true. The Constitutions of the Holy Apostles begins with, "The Catholic Church is the plantation of God and His beloved vineyard;(2) containing those who have believed in His unerring divine religion; who are the heirs by faith of His everlasting kingdom..."

"Catholic" means universal, and should not be confused with Roman Catholic. Where the Apostles say "Catholic Church," catholics believe they were talking about the RCC, which of course they weren't. When I got saved back in 1980, I remember going into a Christian bookstore where the owner wrote something on a piece of paper and handed it to me. It said "Beware RCC." I didn't know much about catholicism at that time, but over time learned the difference between the Church of Christ and the Church of Rome.

Tipping Point Pastors and community. QUESTION:

Matthew 27:52-53. “The tombs were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised, and coming out of the tombs after His resurrection they entered the holy city and appeared to many.”

I’ve never noticed this account in Matthew. The commentary says, “Out of the tombs...These people may been given earthly bodies to die again, or resurrected with glorified bodies.”

Were these resurrected saints a fulfillment of Bible prophecy? What’s your understanding of what happened to them? Where are they else talked about in New or Old Testament?

It seems like the timing of this event was either when Jesus died on the cross or perhaps when He was resurrected. Or both. Resurrected upon Jesus death, then seen once Jesus was resurrected and appearing to His disciples. What’s your understanding?

Surely these now resurrected saints had to be seen by people, maybe even family. What accounts are there of these sightings? Jesus was seen by many after His resurrection. How about these saints? All it says is “appeared to many”. So it sounds like if they were given glorified bodies, they stayed on the earth perhaps until Jesus ascended?? Or did they die a second earthly death? Which doesn’t sound like what a loving God would put His saints thru? 2 earthly deaths.

Expand full comment

This passage does give me a beautiful picture of the resurrection of the saints who have fallen asleep since that event. I want to believe they ascended with Jesus to be with the Lord forever. Maybe Joseph, Mary’s husband was among them. Maybe other family members and friends of the disciples who died before Jesus as believers? Comforting them before they ascended. God had to have a purpose for these saints. For Matthew to record it in our Bible, there’s a reason God wanted us to know about this. No other gospel reports this. For some reason, Matthew was given this privilege. He either had to experience it personally (someone he knew appeared to him, or he heard the reports of these saints from trusted sources).

I’m kind of dumbfounded I never took notice of these 2 verses. God continues to reveal more to me as I spend time studying His word.
