My heart always melts when Pastor Jimmy writes these beautiful posts honoring Jesus and His chosen ones, the Jews. The foundation of our faith is built on all these truths. The covenant God “cut” with Abraham will never be broken and never abandoned—exactly like our Salvation too. If you ever think you can sin too big or too often and lose your Salvation read this post again & again. He adopted you when you accepted His free gift and gave His only son to sacrifice for ALL our sins. He will never break His covenant or abandon you when you sin. You’re adopted by God and you are his child. Most of all….As a follower of Jesus you’re a bride too! Thank you Pastor Jimmy for this wonderful reminder of God’s love for His people. Someday soon, this chosen people group will bow down to their King of Kings. 💛
Geez Kari, your words are so comforting and encouraging. You brought me to tears again. So grateful for God our Father, Jesus my Savior, and the Holy Spirit that continues to change me. And now today, I see more clearly how blessed the Jewish people have been on my life. Thank you Father for Your chosen people and grafting in a gentle like me!!
Aw Art, you're the best! This was such a beautiful post today from Jimmy (I had tears too) .... I hope people can soak in the love God has for his chosen ones and like you said.... all of us grafted in, too. Praise God 💛
Nothing could ever replace the information I takeaway from these articles, and this one is just like every other to me in that no matter how many times I have heard or read it, I still get edified the same. I think every person here knows what I mean when I say that everyone else's replies and input are something I can never wait to read too!
When the Tipping Point book was first published, I ordered the audiobook too so that I could listen when I'm doing whatever or laying in bed. In that, Pastor Jimmy talks about "The most important Man. The most important Book, and the most important organization." It's funny because I've listen to it so many times that I can hear him saying it with every strategic pause he throws into it. It really brings those three points to life.
I love this comment from you Kari. The first thing that stood out to me was your use of "cutting" a covenant because the first time I heard PJimmy tell the history of that I was amazed. You're just awesome!
Amen Steve, when God told me I was going back to school I never dreamed it would be Tipping Point University. lol I remember the good old days of only 2 or 3 posts a week, but now..... they are on FIYA! 🔥 I feel like I'm in my 3rd year (started on day 1 in 2019) and can't wait to get my degree. Feels like when we do graduate it will be in the rapture, right!!!! I guess I never understand why people worry about "losing" their salvation. God cuts with blood a covenant with us and he won't take that back. Never. Yes, we're miserable sinners, but that's why Jesus died for us. Praise God. 💛
Ha I love that! We certainly my back to school and we even have the greatest bus driver from WV! Setting all home aside though, "on FIYA 🔥" doesn't even explain it any more. They are putting it out almost daily now and you would think that there are only so many ways you can talk about prophecy before it gets redundant. No way! The information and posts just seem to get better and better and impact us greater the more we hear it.
I feel good! I'm a little tired but that is just from staying up so late praying and reading. I wouldn't want to be exhausted for anything else. Like you said in one of your other posts; I'm not believing this lie. I shunned the Branson genetics and claimed the bloodline of Abraham long ago so I refuse to believe it in faith of Jesus. And if it is, then I've been called for a reason to glorify Jesus, and I am ready! Thank you again for checking on me!
I love this Kari! It is so true. When Jesus saves us he places a seal on our soul!!! The Bible says that we are sealed until the day of redemption!! Love this thank you for sharing.
What a blessing this post is. Thank you. The Jews have won more Nobel Prizes, greater than 22%. And if you look through the categories especially in the medical field, you might not be alive today if it were not for the Jews. True blessings they are just on this topic alone, not to mention what you have listed. And we are only scratching the surface, although the gifts of Jesus, the bible, and the church are pretty high on my list...lol.
I can personally vouch for how the blessings cross back a forth. I’ll try to keep this story short.
My wife and I are gentile Christian’s. One year ago we were in the middle of moving to a different town in British Columbia.
My wife has been employed by a very successful Jewish family business. Her work is portable, so location doesn’t matter. We had purchased a new RV to make our move and offer us a smooth transition at the new town.
We had already shipped a seacan to the new town and we were about to leave. Then floods in BC closed main arteries of road travel. We were essentially stuck and the repairs to roads and bridges would take months to repair. My wife’s employer offered their acreage for us to park on.
Over the course of a few weeks of me getting to know them, a relationship grew. And they asked us to consider staying. They had services for our rv so it was convenient in that respect.
My wife’s employer (let’s call him Joe)had discussed some business ideas with me that lined up with my skill sets. He asked me to partner up with him. I knew at that point God had planned this all along.
Joes family are messianic Jews. They love God and know He is using their success for a greater purpose.
God has allowed me to bless this family through my spiritual gifts. Counseling and encouragement.
In return, their family has blessed us with a beautiful place to call home (for now), an income for both my wife and I.
For us it is so very obvious what God has done and is doing through circumstances that at first seemed like they had gone array. The blessings continue to flow back and forth between our Jew and Gentile relationship and we all look forward to spreading the blessings throughout the community.
I pray this encourages someone today. You may be going through a hardship, you can however trust that God loves you and has a purpose that is only for you to fulfill.
Now here is a very well thought out post that sticks with the intent of the article, ie. the positive things the Jews have contributed. Well worth the "lengthy" read. Thank you!
Wow! You have brought tears of joy to my eyes this morning Mel. Thank you both for your service and I love reading how God uses circumstances to bring his purposes. We have no idea what God can do until we witness it for ourselves. Hallelujah to him who lives forever and ever.
Wow Mel, what a testimony AND encouragement for every person who reads this! I know the foundation of this message is based on how the Jews have blessed the world, but I absolutely love how God will use other parts of something that aren't even our main focus, to encourage us with just what we need, right when we need it.
Of course, I certainly got the main focus of this, but God used it to remind me where my focus needs to get back to...Him. I received some news on Thursday that shook the foundations of my own faith (even when I was as confident as ever) and I have let that pull my eyes from Him. Even if just for a moment, the enemy is just waiting on the sidelines to capitalize on those moments, right? Thank you for the reminder that even though I don't have the ability to see what I want to see, that I can rest assured in the fact that I don't need to when my Father can. ;)
Hi Steve, I don't know what happened to shake the foundation, but I know you will hold on to Jesus through this and come out stronger and more loving on the other side. Jesus' promises He will get us to the other side even in the storms. 💛 Love you brother
The Jews have been a blessing to the church and they have enriched our lives with so many gifts, talents, and expertise. It's a privilege to pray for Israel and the peace of Jerusalem daily.
God's future world order will be a Judeo-Christian world order-Messianic Jews and Gentile Christians worshipping Jesus Christ throughout eternity! We should begin practicing great relationships in this present earth. Thank You Heavenly Father for our Jewish Messiah-Yeshua (Jesus Christ).
I love this Post! And I love Genesis 12:2-3. It basically says it all. It has always amazed me that Abram was 75 years old when God said, 12:1, Get out of your country, from your family and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you.... And Abram said yes to God. And that is what started it all. And we are almost home. 🌻
Chag Sameach (Happy Holiday), Tipping Point family!
Today (which began Saturday night) is the 21st day of the month of Tishrei (year 5783 in the Hebrew calendar), a special day called “Hoshanah Rabbah” - the 7th day of Sukkot (the Feast of Tabernacles) :-)
This was an important day noted in the Gospels in John chapter 7.
John 7:36-39 NKJV - The Promise of the Holy Spirit
³⁷ On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. ³⁸ He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water”. ³⁹ But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
From the MacArthur Study Bible
“A tradition grew up in the few centuries before Jesus that on the 7 days of the Feast of Tabernacles, a golden container filled with water from the pool of Siloam was carried in procession by the High-Priest back to the temple. As the procession came to the Watergate on the S side of the inner temple court, 3 trumpet blasts were made to mark the joy of the occasion and the people recited Is. 12:3, “With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.” At the temple, while onlookers watched, the priests would march around the altar with the water container while the temple choir sang the Hallel (Pss. 113–118). The water was offered in sacrifice to God at the time of the morning sacrifice. The use of the water symbolized the blessing of adequate rainfall for crops. Jesus used this event as an object lesson and opportunity to make a very public invitation on the last day of the feast for His people to accept Him as the living water. His words recall Is. 55:1. thirsts…come…drink. These 3 words summarize the gospel invitation. A recognition of need leads to an approach to the source of provision, followed by receiving what is needed. The thirsty, needy soul feels the craving to come to the Savior and drink, i.e., receive the salvation that He offers.”
Will be on my way to celebrate in about 2 hours! Jewish Feasts? Nah, they are God's Feasts, and this one in particular ALL peoples are invited! Such blessings the church is missing out on.
That is absolutely true! They are Jewish, because God gave them to Israel. However, the first occurrence of the word מֹועֲדִים “moedim” was in Genesis 1:14 during Creation. 2,000 years before Abraham, God gave us lights in the firmament for 3 reasons:
One of my favorite teachers is a Jewish Christian. He’s taught me more about my Bible than I ever knew. He’s also taught me about the Jewish people. He speaks from a position most can’t. Born Jewish, lived in Israel (Galilee), and is a Major in the IDF. He preaches all over the world. Leading many to or back to Christ. His name? Amir Tsarfati. Here’s his most recent message. “Remove before Wrath”.
Art, I loved your comment.... I kept thinking oooo who's he talking about. Of course, Amir!! I'm a big fan too and love his Telegram. And he's pre-trib! 💛
Thanks Ps Jimmy - I’ll tell you what, that’s actually shed some wonderful light on one or two things I’ve been curious about lately, especially regarding Australia’s relationship with the Jews over the last century or so. Many Thanks once again 😊🙏
Can someone please explain why most Jewish people do not believe in Jesus? It’s so hard to understand that because He was a Jew and his disciples are Jewish and He says He will continue to bless them. I am not trying to be flippant here, just don’t understand it!
David, you are a rock star. I am so glad we have you here ! You are full of info, and so willing to share, and you say what you think and feel !! And you are so good with those who cause trouble. They instigate it, and you quiet them. You Sir, are a blessing to us all. God bless you. V
Hi David ...... Just catching up this morning and thought of brother Jim ..... I haven't heard from him since our last interaction about a week ago..... Have you? ...... I just hope and pray he's OK.
Hi Cornel, Yes... he's commented on Mark Hitchcock's article. And trying to convert someone else to his view. :) Jason Sherman Oct 17 Also, commenting with me me on same article about 22 hours ago. :)
I agree Miss Verna, David is on it! Just don't call him "Mr. Patterson" because he gets all kinds of nasty about it. He mean-mugged me for a month after I called him that!
He was like😠...
Of course you know I am completely exaggerating this, right?🤣 I'm just looking for someone to poke that will poke me back, and I know he is one of them that will do it! This is how I get when I am bored...I pick on people.
Great article .......... my cousin (about 15 years ago) converted to Judaism and when he learned about my faith in Jesus alone, he began reaching out at first very mildly. As the conversation went further, much to my surprise, there was a lengthy text from him warning me that I'm worshiping a mere man. I can honestly say that I had done my very best to calmly explain my position and personal belief in the entirety of biblical truth, but he would simply have none of it, to the point where he became hostile. I wished him a blessed day and we haven't talked since ...... It's sad in many ways and I continue to pray that God open his eyes and soften his heart.
Jimmy has written so many posts and shows about this .... it's a good question LW. Below David linked up an excellent resource from Jews for Jesus. This will really help you understand the why. There are millions of Messianic Jews and also many Jews who's hearts are still hardened. Jimmy shares, "Historically, the Jewish people have been one of the most difficult groups of people to penetrate with the message of Gospel. In the past few decades, many Jews have received Jesus as their Messiah, but most are still very hardened.
But the good news is that God is relentless in His pursuit of EVERY sinner. And He never forgets a promise. He made an everlasting covenant with Abraham concerning all generations of the Jews. At the Second Coming, He will honor that covenant and gather the nation of Israel to Himself. Here is one of my #1 fav Jimmy posts - https://endtimes.substack.com/p/the-final-redemption-of-the-jews 💛
First God cannot go back on a promise so they remain blessed. That doesn’t mean they are good. There are basically 2 Jewish groups. The bad group are actuality why Jesus was crucified. And the other did except Jesus and the Church was born. Paul ( a Jew) was recruited and led the Gentiles to Christ.
Hi Geek3 .... for me personally, I wouldn't categorize the Jews as bad or good, but believing and lost. There are millions+ of Messianic Jews who believe that Jesus Christ is their Savior, but there are Jews who are lost and not saved. Jesus came to earth to save all humans, we are either followers or not (yet). Here's a great post I think you'll enjoy reading - an oldie but goodie. https://endtimes.substack.com/p/the-final-redemption-of-the-jews
The ratios aren't all that different between today's Gentile disciples of Jesus, and today's Jewish disciples of Jesus. It's just that many who call themselves christian aren't true disciples, so the ratio just APPEARS larger. In addition, many Jews who believe in Jesus continue to meet on the Sabbath, which is not even recognized by today's church.
Read the article David. Thanks for sharing. I have Hal Lindsey’s Book “. Late Great Planet Book”. I bought years ago: I think it’s time to read it again. You are a great contributor to that TP family. 🙏

So true, Kris! That is one of my all-time favorite verses and chapters :-)
I don't think anyone knows just how much that needed to be said!

That is absolutely true! They are Jewish, because God gave them to Israel. However, the first occurrence of the word מֹועֲדִים “moedim” was in Genesis 1:14 during Creation. 2,000 years before Abraham, God gave us lights in the firmament for 3 reasons:
1) Signs
2) Appointed Times (“Moedim” in Hebrew)
3) Days and Years

HALLELUJAH and Amen. Thank you Pastor Jimmy !! Wonderful!! Maranatha

Read the article David. Thanks for sharing. I have Hal Lindsey’s Book “. Late Great Planet Book”. I bought years ago: I think it’s time to read it again. You are a great contributor to that TP family. 🙏
