Thank you Pastor Evans, Your words are sooo inspiring. I really needed this. I am greatly saddened and sickened seeing so much evil everywhere. Yesterday, I was talking with my friend and she said she was watching one of the main news media, I believe Fox News, and a reporter was interviewing a man engaged in child sex trafficking and two young girls who were forced into this horrific trade. As she told me what was said in the interview, she and I sat and wept for those precious children.
Life used to be exciting and wonderful but no longer. I am sick to my stomach daily because of the evil I see everywhere. I constantly ask God to forgive us for the sins being committed.
The only surety I have is my love for Christ Jesus and others, outside of that nothing matters to me anymore.
Good comment, Esther. As the old hymn goes "and the things of this earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace." It's becoming truer for me every day as we get closer to His coming. Marantha.
You are right, life is no longer exciting or wonderful! We do our best and occupy until Jesus comes, but that doesn't mean that we don't suffer from battle fatigue!
Good description and so true. I think that's why we make more of an effort to enjoy the sunrises, sunsets, flowers/nature, birds and animals because it makes us feel more connected with the Lord during these turbulent times we are experiencing. Keep looking up. GBU
Hi, Esther, I'm sorry you and your friend are feeling so deeply saddened by all this. Unfortunately, child sex trafficking and other evils were present even in Biblical days. The news media, tabloids, even my Yahoo home page (which I no longer even look at) is saturated with all the bad and rarely anything good. Sensationalism is what boosts ratings and sells papers or they wouldn't keep promoting it. Stress, anxiety, depression, all this upset comes from Satan so we take our eyes off Jesus while making us feel miserable at the same time. We need to know what's going on, but sometimes ignorance is bliss. If this is what it's causing and there's nothing you can do about the bad, it makes it even worse. I find Phil 4:8 and the serenity prayer helpful, along with prayer. Do whatever you can to make things better, but if it's out of your control, put it in God's hands, along with asking him to help you deal with these feelings. He's well aware of what's going on and with the way things are, it won't be too much longer now. He WILL punish all the evil, but He will also wipe away every tear from our eye, and everything will be restored like it was in the beginning. Don'l lose heart and don't give in to Satan because all this is only temporary. ;)
Being a single mom of 3 for the past 4 years was scary at first, but God. I couldn’t be in a better place right now, except heaven, for He is the most precious Husband I could have ever imagined. The peace, joy, provision, romance through sunsets, birds, wildflowers, etc. Even in these dark times, He makes life overflow❣️
Such an encouraging and uplifting message. Thank you Pastor Jimmy! It's good to know what's happening, but not to the point a person is so saturated with all the bad news, they lose sight of Jesus. We are to be not only believers, but also followers, praying for help and guidance, and be willing to go where Jesus leads. He will always answer prayer. It may not be in the way we expect or in our timing, but it will always be what's best. The world keeps searching for happiness, and if they think they've found it, it doesn't last and they're on to the next thing. Unfortunately, I see no genuine joy. People just keep going through the motions. Jesus didn't come to make us happy, but we can have joy and hope because we know what lies ahead for us if we keep our eyes on Jesus and follow His lead. He is our Shepherd and we are His sheep.
Yes, very dark indeed! Did anyone watch Jan Markell this week with her 2 guests at a conference talking about the Great Reset? Yikes! But that peace that passes understanding that Jimmy talked about, is such a gift from God and I feel it within me. Praise the Lord! So glad I know Him and can live under the shadow of His wing, as we face these uncharted waters ahead. On a positive note, our Church announced this morning that more than 400 people came to Christ, meaning they actually came forward to the altar to receive Christ, or participated online, as a result of last Sunday’s Easter services!! Praise the Lord, right? The angels rejoice and so do we!! So not all is lost as the engines ramp up, and the rapture gets closer and closer. Take us home Jesus, but let us keep our eyes on You until You do!! We don’t want to miss any opportunity to praise Your Holy Name!! 🌻
Kris, praise God indeed for the 400+ new believers at your church alone! Praying that this number was multiplied all around the US and world! I watched Brandon’s talk while walking this afternoon. Did you catch that he said the climate nut jobs (climate being the next crisis to follow the virus)are saying that unseen ufos are in the atmosphere, waiting to remove us “dark” Mother Earth haters, and they are telling people not to be surprised or upset THAT THE CHILDREN WILL BE CARRIED AWAY along with us, because they have satisfied their purpose on earth, which lines up with the belief many have that children will be raptured. Quite a presentation! Looking forward to watching the panel discussion and then the Q & A in a bit.
Hi Teresa, so sorry to refer to the video without providing the link.
Video is just over 2 hours in length, but Brandon Holthaus is the first speaker, about an hour in length. “Are You Ready for the New World Order?” https://youtu.be/TU6pyDB9mTE
"NOW HOPE DOES NOT DISAPPOINT, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit Who was given to us."
Biblical hope is not like worldly hope. Biblical hope is "confident expectation."
A Christian's hope is rooted in their salvation in Christ. A devotion I read recently changed my view on hope. It stated that God will disappoint our hopes -- the hope we put in others, in a situation or in our own ability -- to teach us to find our hope in Him alone and we will not be disappointed. Jesus alone is the anchor of our hope. CHRIST IN YOU THE HOPE OF GLORY!
I needed this. Thank you Jimmy. I'm with Esther Smith. This world makes me absolutely sick daily. I am actually more afraid of my children living then passing away. Everything has been perverted. Nothing is sacred. Except for the Word of God. And His Word will not return to him void! Jesus must be warming up the car right now. Come Lord Jesus, come.
I so love everything shared at Tipping Point. I have the Word to constantly read, meditate, delve into, the Holy Spirit for supernatural understanding and empowerment, the Kings of Kings and Lord and Lords Jesus who will never leave me or forsake and who’s face we will soon see. And with that being said, I get so excited and thank God so much for Tipping Point and whenever I see an email from you, I know it is first of all true information, and encouragement and unbelievable prophecy understanding. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Good will overcome evil and Jesus is coming back sooner than ever🙏🏻🙏🏻 “The Light came into the world and the darkness will not overcome it.”
In this hopeless world we can rejoice knowing that there is hope for us. We can't continue to reflect on the ugliness, because we have so much beauty to look forward to. So all my brothers and sisters let's all focus on what is truly important and we all know who that is, Jesus. Thank you Pastor Evans you keep us focused and for that I can't thank you enough. God bless you.
This article is so beautiful and encouraging to all of us. It reminds that in those troubling times to remember God is with us, as always. He Loves us more than we can even imagine. We need to hold tight to our faith in Him because it won’t be long and we will be together! Longing for that day!
Someone said while in world war 2 the only good thing about it is that he knew he was in a war…. I now know I am in a war a spiritual battle that I cannot do alone I can no long be Luke warm I needed this encouragement to keep going thank you Jimmy and thank you all for sharing your posts the joy of the Lord is my strength
Pastor Jimmy, I know I've said it before (and I really meant it then) but I believe this TP UPDATE is your very best (and I mean it now, lol). But seriously, I like everyone else just really needed to hear this tonight. It's evident you know this group well, besides the fact, I'm sure you needed to write it as well. Dark Days is what we all have been living in. I read thru all the comments before posting my own and my heart cried knowing how each one is having difficulty pushing thru these days. I was thinking back to previous wars and how the world reacted to them. But they didn't have cable tv or Internet to get a play by play of the events. I don't even remember Iraq/Afghanistan being as public as this. We saw some horrific events like people being beheaded but even that was not live film and was edited but Ukraine is totally different. At first (2 months ago) I felt like I had to watch it to stay informed but now not so much. I will watch Shannon Bream on Fox News at 11pm and that's enough here lately.
You touched my heart when you said that Jesus Christ has loved us more than anyone ever has or ever will, and The best news in the midst of the darkness? Jesus is coming back! I also liked that comment... soon we will live in the presence of God with "a perfect body" and no more death, pain or sorrow, ONLY JOY! Thanks Pastor Jimmy for all you do for us. You've been accumulating a bunch of crowns with this bunch!
Thanks pastor Jimmy for all the encouraging points you brought out today. Our God can keep us and hold us through these times, on to His kingdom to come. There is a spirit of delusion going on now. That says if we go to church we can get Covid, which Keeps the saints of God from assembling together. But I do know that God is greater than what is going on in the world. Has been and always will be greater. Those truths you brought out today. And I needed to hear everyone of them.

Esther, Your comments reminded my of these verses... II Peter 2:7-8 Amplified Classic Edition:
7 And He rescued righteous Lot, greatly worn out anddistressed by the wanton ways of the ungodly andlawless–[Gen. 19:16, 29.]
8 For that just man, living [there] among them, tortured his righteous soul every day with what he saw and heard of [their] unlawful and wicked deeds–
I love those versus because they seem to apply so much to us and the time we live in also.
How extraordinarily applicable to this season
Thank you my friend:) You are such an encourager. I’m so thankful for God’s word.

You have nailed me...battle fatigue. Great terminology for me right now. I need your prayers.
I pray that you, I and everyone else will be able to continue to push through despite extreme battle fatigue.
Thank you. And I pray for all of us also. I do have battle fatigue but will recover and be stronger than ever with God's help.

I agree, Esther. God's promises are the only things that matters.
With you 100% on that!! 😊

WORD OF GOD SPEAK:

Thank you so much for your help, it is
so comforting. I gave served Jesus for 60 years, and the longer I serve him, the sweeter he grows.
I am only around the lost at work, and to be honest I have to use my air pods just to endure each day.
Walking in love is my only instruction from God, and sharing anytime I see a crack open😊
I heard a DJ on KCBI the other day say….
As the world gets worse each day just know,
if you are a Christian it’s the closest you’ll ever get to Hell !!!!
Maranatha dear ones
Thanks for sharing that from KCBI! Love it :).
