Such a mix of emotions, from elation to Christ's imminent arrival and also heaviness for the sorrows of the unsuspecting masses. The world has waited thousands of years to see these things and here we are, the generation this all happens in. There are many priorities and messages to digest and dissect since we are here now. Getting the gospel out is still tops on the list. Producing fruit with right living - kindness, honesty, gentleness, all the fruits of the spirit. One other thing is prudence and discretion to protect our loved ones for whatever time we have left. For example, getting as rural as possible, if this is possible. Preparing as much as possible, within reason and without getting obsessed. Becoming as self reliant as possible. My wife is great at canning, freeze drying, gardening. We hunt and fish like fools here in Montana but these have real application in our times now, in these vast lands. More and more, we are going to be needed as the hands of Christ to minister to everyone we encounter. There are many ways to minister and some of them are very practical.

Famine…. Ug. This is true suffering. We happen to live across from a grocery store and our 2 favorite restaurants. I know. Definitely not Montana. Jesus have mercy, and He does. Tomorrow my friend from Chile is coming over to get a bed for his son that we no longer need. It is such an honor to give. God provides. And people need the Lord, wherever we are, and however we live. I love that. Until the Lord returns!! 🌻
I'm posting this message on 2 threads because I'm not sure which one everyone is reading and I feel like God wants this message read.
I have 2 messages to share: 1 is a scripture reference and the other is a dream.
1) Last night while reading the wonderful book that our own Kari Smalley Gibson recommended, I heard the words "Revelation 12:2". Thinking that might have just been me, I thought to myself “Revelation what?” I then heard the words again “Revelation 12:2”. I asked “Are you sure?” I again heard the words “Revelation 12:2”. Ok, so I put down the book, picked up my phone and opened my Bible app to Revelation and again asked "12 what?" just to confirm I was hearing it right. I heard "12:2". I was rather surprised by what I read “Then being with child, she cried out in labor and in pain to give birth.”
2) Had a dream in the early morning hours. I was standing in the waiting area of a terminal, I think it was a train station. Me and my family, including my mom, were standing next to a long bank of silver chairs with inset royal blue seat and back cushions. All of the chairs were connected at the sides of the seats. I was talking to someone (couldn’t see their face and felt they were a stranger) when a cannonball (it was a dark gray/army green color) suddenly dropped from above and landed in the seat next to where we were all standing. I told my family to run and get away while me and the stranger didn’t move and tried to figure out what to do. As we stood there, the cannonball rolled back and forth of its own volition until it had enough momentum behind it to roll off the side of the chair and directly in front of me. I caught it with a royal blue piece of fabric that I fashioned into a sling so it didn’t hit the floor. It didn’t explode but I woke up immediately from the dream. It was 1:45am.
I looked up the meaning of seeing a cannonball in a dream and it has 2 meanings biblically: 1) it means enemies are uniting against you; and 2) it means war and broken alliances.
Ok, while I am waiting for my husband to get up, and my Jewish cat Amos to eat his breakfast, and Jimmy to come on the air at Fellowship Church for a very timely Sunday morning service… I pulled down the book on my Kindle that Kari has been highly recommending, Walking with God by John Eldridge. And for good reason. He is a great writer. A great thinker. And where he is going now, to a full surrender with the Holy Spirit as his guide, we should be going too, as the days are approaching. Let’s hope this book sells like hot cakes. I sure do. Thanks Kari! Happy Sunday. 🌻
Just finished listening to the fourth message in the series WHEN THE LEVEE BREAKS presented by Pastor Jimmy Evans. What a clear message that should give a clear understanding of the truth that we are in the END TIMES! Could it be that Israel's absolute need to bomb Iran be the Katrina that will break the levee? Prophecy is about to be fulfilled! We need to be praying in earnest for all the souls in the valley of decision, a decision that will determine their eternity: HEAVEN OR HELL! HOLY SPIRIT bring the conviction of man's sin and then a revelation of Jesus being the sin bearer. OPEN EYES, EARS and HEARTS BEING DRAWN WITH CORDS OF LOVE TO JESUS!
Hello Jimmy, I have come across this verse in Matthew 13 - “Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’ ””
Matthew 13:30 NIV
Does this verse seems like it could be a hint regarding “the rapture” and it being at the end of the tribulation? Or those that are “taken” and those that are “left behind” are actually the opposite of what Christians expect to happen. Those “taken” are the weeds being “collected” first? I hope my question is not confusing.
I’m curious how the 9-23-17 sign in the sky with the woman giving birth… I’m wondering what that meant and how it relates to where we now in the end times?
Wow! Here at Tipping Point it is never about getting our money's worth because there is never a time that we don't get abundantly more- not only in eschatology, but in fellowship alone. But we really got a special gift this week. Thank you Pastor Jimmy for sharing the extra videos for us to see!
