One of the most common questions I receive at Tipping Point is who will be taken at the Rapture and who will be left behind. People want a checklist, and I understand that. But what the Bible actually shows us is something more personal and more beautiful than a checklist. I call it the Rapture Code, and it comes down to one word: love. In Matthew 7, Jesus said to a group of very religious people who called Him Lord and claimed to do miracles in His name, “I never knew you.” They had power but no relationship, works but no love. The parable of the ten virgins says the same thing. The wise virgins were ready because they had a relationship with the bridegroom. I also answer two important questions: whether young children will be raptured with a believing parent, and whether sinning at the moment of the Rapture will cause a believer to be left behind.
